Thine, O Lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all. – 1 Chronicles 29:11
Heavenly God, you are Infinite in Power and Magnificence and are the embodiment of perfection, infallibility, immensity, dignity, superiority and all graces and attributes which are matchless and beyond measure. Your very Being, surpasses human and common comprehension, for in our finite and mortal bodies, we are not possessed of the understanding of your greatness, your immaculate and almighty Glory and the excellence of your incomparable Nature, in honour and majesty, in strength and valour.
We praise and glorify, worship and adore your Holy Name, raising it in exaltation, for the whole of creation, visible and invisible, which can be fathomed and which are unfathomable are all of you, God, Who have formed and brought into being all the earth and all that is above, below and around. Every creation, animate and inanimate is yours and you are the One, Ever-living, Everlasting and Eternal divinity, Whose Piety, Love, Compassion and Dominion over all, is displayed in the fervor of the multitude of heavenly beings, singing the praises of our Invincible, Powerful God. All we offer you is yours, and yours are the riches and glory of the Kingdom, supplied to us in the Name of Jesus the Lord.
With the utmost humility and servitude, we ascribe to you the sole dominion over all creatures, we accept your sovereignity over all things, and we rely on your wonderful saving grace. All worldly wealth and greatness are the work of your Hands. We consecrate our lives to you O God, Who holds the reins of our being, for you are the Ruler, Deliverer, Protector and Sustainer of the entire hemisphere. Yours is the Kingdom of the entire firmament and we will ever exult in shouting out your Name, doing what is your Will for us, by the Power of your Spirit and in our Lord Jesus’ Name. Amen
