“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.” – Psalm 19:14
Loving and merciful Lord, I praise You for Your goodness, holiness and unfailing love. You are the Rock who strengthens me, the Redeemer who saves me, and the source of every grace and blessing in my life. May my heart always turn towards You with gratitude and trust.
The above beautiful verse reminds me that You desire not only my outward words but also the thoughts and intentions hidden within my heart. May everything I speak, think and desire be pleasing to You and reflect Your love, truth and goodness.
Lord, purify my thoughts and guide my words. Keep me from speaking words that hurt, discourage or offend, and place kindness, wisdom and love upon my lips. May the meditations of my heart be holy and pleasing to You, and may all that I say and do bring glory to Your name. Amen
