Persevere in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving;
Colossians 4:2
God our Father, Immortal and Infinite, you are great in your Power, beyond comprehension in your wisdom, sublime in your love. Everyday, we discover anew your Might and Majesty when we behold the beauty of your creation and its precision in performance. It reveals to us the glory of our infallible Father.
You bless us in abundance and we align our will with your will, to constant communion, in praise and gratitude.
Lord, we approach you for all our needs and you never fail to supply us according to the riches of your glory, in Jesus’ mighty name. We praise and thank you, in constant and earnest prayer and petition, for each minute is a gift from you to us and everything on earth and in the heavens are yours. We live by our faith in your freely given grace, especially in the gift of your Holy Spirit, who is our guide, counselor and helper.
Everything we have comes from you, our Lord of deliverance and sustenance and every single day we pray with complete belief in your righteousness, mercy, benevolence and faithfulness. For you are a Just God and keep your promises to your faithful. We look forward to increasing in faith and to living in Christ and love and service of our Christian brethren, thankful to you for watching over us, saving us, forgiving us and loving us. Lord, accept our sincere thanksgiving for things of the past and grant us your salvific peace and blessings, inJesus Christ’s Name. Amen
