For God is not unjust so as to overlook your work and the love that you have shown for his name in serving the saints, as you still do. – Hebrews 6:10
Almighty and Everlasting God, Who is Just, and Faithful, your Covenant with us and your Promises to us thereby, are infallible. You perform what has been promised and this is a pure and holy Testament of your perfect Righteousness. Your Holy Word is absolute and has the certainty of Truth and Justice. You love us unconditionally and by this, we are encouraged by your Promises, to serve you in humility and obedience, following all your commands and performing our holy duties as Christians, in imitation of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Lord, you are Omniscient, and know and remember all things, for your knowledge is perfect. Every act of holiness and steadfastness that we manifest in our lives, is rewarded, regarded and recompensed, with the fullness of your grace and glory, through your Son Jesus Christ, in his Name. We live by the surety of our faith and hope in your Goodness and Kindness and work towards promulgating your eternal Kingdom of Heaven and the promise of eternal salvation, working towards praising and glorifying your Holy Name, through our fearless profession of the Holy Gospel.
Our souls delight in you, O Lord, and we look towards the innumerable saints, who have gone before us, edifying your Name, living their lives and giving their lives in unceasingly carrying out works of faith and hope through labours of love, They have effectually comforted, preserved and protected the flock they have gathered for you, suffering and enduring imprisonment, torture and death for their faith. Endow us, like our Christian brethren, to be worthy children of our Heavenly Father, giving evidence of our true devotion, service and our fidelity, in Jesus’ Name. Amen
