Praise our God, all peoples, let the sound of his praise be heard. He has preserved our lives and kept our feet from slipping. Psalm 66: 8-9
Heavenly God, you are the Great God of Everlasting Love and Unchanging Promises, you are our Deliverer, our Defender and our Redeemer. All the heavenly realms echo with praises to the King of kings and all peoples of the Universe join their voices, reverberating with songs and chants of praise and worship, glory and honor to our Creator.
God on High, you have, through Jesus, established your Church firmly, on this earth, and delivered it from destruction. Your congregation of Christians thank and bless you Lord, for holding us in your favor and pay our vows of fidelity, thanksgiving and sacrifice. You have, by a series of miracles of mercy, kept us alive amidst a thousand deaths, to which we were exposed, restoring and giving us lively faith and deepened hope.
You have compassionately protected our lives, granting us health of mind and body, and strength of your Spirit, for replenishing our souls, in order to stay free of errors or omissions brought on by calamitous situations and wicked adversaries. Keep us steadfast in our faith, rendering fearless testimony of your holy gospel and its truth. As long as we have life and liberty, we invoke your assistance in spreading the peace of our Christian faith, in Jesus’ Name. Amen
