Starting with that passage, Philip proclaimed the good news about Jesus to him. – Acts 8:35
Loving Father, we come before You with hearts open to Your Word, seeking wisdom and understanding. Just as Philip proclaimed the good news about Jesus, we ask for the courage and clarity to share Your truth with others, knowing the power of Scripture and its ability to transform lives. May we be attentive to the guidance of the Holy Spirit, ready to seize the opportunities You place before us to witness Your love. Teach us to proclaim the name of Jesus boldly and with compassion, knowing that Your Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.
Gracious Lord, we are humbled by the example of Philip and the Ethiopian eunuch. It reinforces the knowledge that Your love transcends all barriers, whether cultural, social, or geographic. Help us to be instruments of Your peace, breaking down walls and extending Your grace to those around us. May our lives reflect the hope and salvation found in Jesus Christ. We pray for the wisdom to understand the Scriptures deeply and to share them in ways that touch hearts and minds. Let the good news of Jesus be the center of our conversations and the foundation of our faith.
Holy Spirit, we ask for Your presence to guide and empower us as we walk in obedience to Your calling. Help us to recognize the divine appointments You set for us daily. May we respond with readiness and faith, trusting that You will equip us to proclaim the gospel with love and humility. Fill us with the joy of salvation, that we may draw others to the light of Christ. Thank You, Lord, for entrusting us with the privilege of sharing Your good news. In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen
