“The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” – Matthew 25:40

Gracious and loving God, I come before You today with a heart humbled by Your Word, where You remind us that whatever we do for the least of our brothers and sisters, we do for You. Lord, open my eyes to see You in the faces of the poor, the lonely, the hungry, and the forgotten. Help me to remember that acts of love and service are not just kind gestures, but sacred encounters with You. May I always act in love of Christ.

Forgive me, Lord, for the times I have turned away from those in need, failing to recognize Your presence in them. Teach me to serve not out of obligation, but out of love for You. May my hands be quick to help, my feet eager to go where there is need, and my heart willing to give without expecting in return. Transform my daily actions into offerings that bring You joy and glory.

Lord Jesus, give me the grace to live with compassion and mercy, knowing that each opportunity to serve is a chance to honor You. Help me to live with a heart attuned to Your Spirit, so that I may respond readily and generously to the needs around me. May my life reflect Your love, and may I always remember that in serving others, I am serving You. Amen
