WE ARE SAVED BY FAITH
“And these signs will follow those who believe… if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them…” – Mark 16:17-18
We live in a world filled with fears and uncertainties. As science advances, we become more aware of the harmful effects of pollution and the chemicals found in food, cleaning supplies, and personal care products. However, for those who trust in the Lord, life remains beautiful despite these concerns. Years ago, when the dangers of food additives began to surface, widespread publicity caused panic among consumers.
Both then and now, information is often exaggerated to manipulate and serve specific commercial interests. Through His Word, God has reassured us to seek His guidance before making purchases, asking Him to reveal what is safe. Since we began seeking the Lord’s direction and praying over our choices, the quality of our selected products has noticeably improved. The Lord knows the composition of everything, as well as the conditions in which they were made. When we pray, He leads us in our decisions. The more we seek His guidance, the more clearly we hear His voice.
SUGGESTED PRAYER
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your constant love and care in every aspect of my life. You are concerned with all my needs, including what is best for me to purchase. Help me to spend more time with You, trusting in Your Word that nothing harmful will affect me. I believe You will protect me and guide my choices. Thank You, Lord! All glory and honor to Your holy Name. Amen
