Lord God, the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, we trust in your Divine Providence, for you make the sun rise on the pure of heart and the wicked. You are an Impartial God and make no discrimination against your people, exhibiting your just sovereignty over all nations, to whom you afford seasons of joy and sorrow, of scarcity and plenty, thus altering our dispositions to allow a balance towards acquiring of endurance.
Our lives on earth are interspersed with varying experiences, providing occasion for spiritual maturity by understanding and obtaining knowledge and wisdom of things not of this earth. This allows our faith to take deep root, grow strong in the spirit through living in Jesus and maintaining regular communion with you, through the Power of your Holy Spirit dwelling in us by our faith, making us flourish in your grace.
Therefore our hope and trust in your healing and sustenance, in times of testing, allows us to cope against all obstacles and adversaries by relying on your mercy and favor. You uphold the sincere and holy and grant them good measure of blessings and full, fruitful harvests for their belief, patience and perseverance. Lord, help the lowly and weak rise up, strengthened by you in their exercises with hard labours and griefs, that together we may obtain that blessed and full harvest which we still pray for, in Jesus’ Name. Amen
