“I pray that the sharing of your faith may become effective when you perceive all the good that we may do for Christ. Philemon 1:6
Gracious and generous God, we praise You for the gift of faith that unites us in Christ. You are the source of every good thing, and You delight in sharing Your love through Your people. We thank You for calling us into fellowship, not only with You but with one another, and for allowing our lives to become channels through which Your goodness is revealed to the world.
In this verse, Paul prays that the sharing of faith may become effective through a deeper understanding of every good thing we have in Christ. Faith is not meant to be hidden or kept private; it grows stronger when it is lived, shared, and expressed through love. As believers recognize the richness of God’s grace within them, their witness becomes more powerful, drawing others toward Christ through words, actions, and genuine compassion.
Lord, help us to live and share our faith in ways that truly reflect the goodness we have received in Christ. Open our hearts to recognize Your gifts at work within us, and give us the courage to express our faith with humility and love. May our lives become a clear testimony of Your grace, so that others may come to know You more deeply through what they see in us, in Jesus’ Name. Amen
