The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.
Proverbs 3:19
Lord of Creation, Maker of heaven and earth, you created all things out of your Divine Word, personified by our Lord Jesus, who was with you before the beginning and through Whom all things were made and perfected, infallible, infinite and unblemished. Christ in you, is the foundation of the universe and in him lies all wisdom, power, knowledge and understanding. Your marvelous works speak of the perfection of your infinite wisdom and every creation on earth tells of your glory and majesty.
The power of wisdom and experiential knowledge you have imparted to man, whose fertility of mind gives him rich ways of displaying his genius through inventions, discoveries, interpretations and innovations in every sphere, a proof of the grace and riches of your glory. We are sustained and inspired by you, Lord, in every sphere of our lives. The wise man is continually dreaming new dreams, enriching the world and building it to thrust forward with surges of progress, in deeds and words revealing your beauty and magnificence.
We bless you, Almighty Father for all noble thoughts, lofty aspirations, sublime deeds, outgoings of soul marked by selflessness, performed by us through the power of your Holy Spirit. Through Jesus’ death and resurrection, our Christian lives are imbued by faith and spiritual gifts and virtues, the miracles of the wonders of the Cross. The Cross of our Lord Jesus Christ vanquished evil, and glorified everything by renewing and sanctifying us to righteousness, abiding in us as we abide in him, turning the agony of sin into the joy of salvation, in Jesus’ Name. Amen
