My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. Psalm 121:2
O Lord, you are Ever-living, our Creator God, our Deliverer and our Salvation. We look to you for all our needs, trusting you will supply them out of the riches of your glory, in Jesus our Lord. For you have formed the entire Universe and all it holds. It submits to you, their Master and all creation bows to your Holy Name. For you are our only source of strength, our only Refuge, our only Provider, watching over us and lifting us out of the hands of the enemy.
The heavens and earth sing out your praises and loudly proclaim your Holy Name and your wondrous deeds. For all creation adores and obeys you and moves in accordance with your Holy Will and plan. Not a stone can be lifted without your command, our Omniscient God, for everything in the world, and all who live in it, everything it holds is in your charge. Nothing can take place without your sanctioning it.
We place our lives are in your hands, Lord. You help your people out of the hands of all enemies, all our troubles and afflictions, in performing our duty, in the exercise of grace, in bearing the cross, in fighting our battles, for we need to just be still and acknowledge the truth of your Being, and by our total surrender and submission, all blessings, temporal and spiritual are added to our lives. Lord God, no-one can surpass your holiness, faithfulness, righteousness, and we walk confidently, under your grace and glory, your blessings, your Power and justice, in Jesus’ Name. Amen
