1 Corinthians 13:7

It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
1 Corinthians 13:7

GOD IS LOVE! Heavenly Father you are love, pure, divine, unblemished, enduring and unconditional. Your sanctifying and everlasting love heals us, forgives us and redeems us with the gift of eternal salvation. Your greatest commandment to us, is to love you and to love others as we love ourselves. Love embraces all, irrespective of race or religion. You give your kindness and compassion to all of mankind and we bless your Holy Name.

Jesus’ sacrificial love is unparalleled! The greatest love is when you willingly lay down your life for a friend. Jesus’ absolute obedience to you, speaks of his great love of you and of humanity. True love is selfless, ready to forsake all that causes hurt and injury. It is renewing, never rebellious. The charitable man bears all with patience, believing in all things that are good and holy. Love is unprejudiced and gives without measure. God, you so loved us, that you gave us your Son to suffer and die and restore us to you, for your greater glory.

As in good, so in evil, love is invincible. It bears, believes, hopes, suffers all things rather than allow evil to triumph. It endures the worst ignominy against it, knowing and trusting that the Truth and obedience to the Word of God will prevail and ultimately triumph. It waits with endurance and patience trusting that true love will vanquish the evil within and will incline to the side of the good, for it trusts God for final victory in all things. Lord, in faith and fidelity we await your justice, quietly and patiently enduring all sufferings meted out to us, trusting in you, in Jesus’ Name. Amen
