Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. – 1 Corinthians 10:31
God of Glory, Might and Majesty, all the earth tells of the wonders of your glory and all creation gives you thanks and praise. For every work of your Mighty Hands, we sing out the Power of your Name in praise, for your everlasting Glory. All things you have made for yourself, and in creating man, you have displayed and demonstrated that your Power knows no end.
We seek you therefore and follow your ways in all our deeds and actions, for to propagate your Holy Name and make it known to the ends of the earth, we need to deepen our faith and be enriched in the spirit, by doing all things, great and small, day by day, with you and in you. We need to increase and glorify your Name, by decreasing ourselves, and being submissive to your Holy Will.
Lord, please help us spread your Truth, and speak of it, showing our faithfulness by our obedience to you, accepting your plans for our lives, keeping our focus on you as our Saviour has taught us, and increasing our communion with you, praying in Jesus’ Name. Amen
